TAUBATE, Brazil (Reuters) - Assigned by the Brazilian government to a backwater factory town, 27-year-old prosecutor Joao Gilberto Goncalves has turned the obscure post into anything but, using it to mount the country's first serious effort to legalize gay marriage.
